How the order is produced
The ranking is arithmetic, not preference.
Every pack here is scored against the same published power bank model, on flight readiness, charging performance, capacity to weight, ports and usability, and value and ownership, each with a fixed weight. The overall figure is those five scores multiplied by their weights. Nothing is nudged, and no position is assigned before the scoring. Where the resulting order is close, the article says so rather than manufacturing a winner.

The strongest value and capacity-to-weight case in the set, with a published 90 Wh rating. It is built for carrying energy cheaply rather than for moving it quickly, so the fastest input and the richest interface go elsewhere.

The most rated energy here at 99.75 Wh and the strongest charging performance, at the highest price and the most packed weight. Its margin against the 100 Wh limit is a quarter of a watt-hour.
